Description
While walking north on the beach front trail at San Clemente, California, at low tide, there is a rock that from the bridge, looks like a heart. However, up close, it might look to you like lungs, a butt, rocks, and a few more things that my kids suggested. That said, I still think it's a beautiful shot. Actually, this is a blending of 4 shots. The best shot contained the rock on the left with the water washing over it, however, it was ever so slightly out of focus. I hate that. That's what I get for forgeting my tripod. So I took all the same or similar pieces that where in focus and blended them with that rock. At the same time I used technology magic, at least it's magic to me, well actually, I think they are doing micro-contrasting and unsharp. Anyway, I was able to get that section in enough focus that it's hard to tell. If you look closely at the back of the rock at the rebound ripple you can see where it's just a bit off. Still, I'm pround of this one. I better be, it took me days of mistakes to finally get it right. HAHA!
