Description
Summer of 2015 we were able to take a number of trips. One of them was to Chicago. I've been to Chicago a lot on business, however, I've always missed actually seeing the city. Chicago is really a beautiful city, as cities go. To me, the beauty is in the "feel" of the city. With its beautiful and eclectic architecture, you get the same in people and in culture.
This particular set of shots was taken from the Hancock Tower where I somehow ended up tagging along with a blogger's convention called #360chicago. Bloggers are an interesting group. There retirees and millennials in anime cosplay outfits, college English majors and magazine writers trying something new. Oh, I think the open bar helped everyone loosen up. It was very interesting and challenging to get these shots. You'll see a number of Chicago sunset to blue hour shots. All of them were taken that evening.
