This is the famous Hollywood Guiness Book of World Records sign. It's a tough shot to get because A) there's a lot of people on the street and sidewalk, B) there is a palm tree just to the left of the sign that has grown into the view in a way that makes the shot not work C) the best angle is from the street and D) the best light at the time of year I took this one was during rush hour.
