These are the wind turbines for alternative energy just outside of Palm Springs California. I've always thought they were dramatic and beautiful. Some people think they are a blight on the land. My attempt is to bring some beauty to alternative energy.
Specifically, this shot comes from the Mission Impossible 3 set. I was able to capture it on a drive home from LA one evening and by knowing the back roads into the windmills.
