Before the remodel of Albert Frey's North Shore Marina pigeons were everywhere in the abandoned buildings surrounding the Marina. We'd simple wait for them to settle, then clap and snap away. I believe this motel is still on the grounds and is scheduled to be demolished. Last time I drove by, early 2013, I didn't see the sign though.
